Access to Hope Program
The Access to Hope Program™ was established by Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada to help make Erbitux™ (cetuximab) treatment accessible to patients. If you have been prescribed Erbitux, the program will assist you through the reimbursement process.

Orencia® Response Program
The Orencia Response Program™ was established by Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada to help make Orencia® (abatacept) treatment accessible to patients. If you have been prescribed Orencia, the program will assist you through the reimbursement process.
