myPLAVIXpartner was developed by Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada and sanofi-aventis Canada to provide people who have been prescribed Plavix® (clopidogrel bisulfate) a supportive resource – contact with and the support of fellow patients who have been through an experience similar to theirs.
