ACT Foundation – Launch of Ontario High School AED Training Program

TORONTO, ONTARIO – (October, 2008) – Wayne Quigley, President of Bristol-Myers Squibb Canada, Sandra Clarke, President of the ACT (Advanced Coronary Treatment) Foundation and Hon. Kathleen Wynne, Ontario Minister of Education join York Memorial Collegiate students participating in the launch of the ACT High School Automated External Defibrillator (AED) Program - an initiative to establish AED training in all high schools so that all youth will graduate with the skills and knowledge to save lives.

BMS provides sustaining funding for the ACT Foundation, enabling ACT to take the high school CPR program across Ontario and across Canada.
